A hunt club may have any name as long as it is no longer than 25 characters in length and is not profane, embarrassing or offensive to the public. Please Note: If more than one Recreational License Unit (RLU) is Licensed by the hunt club, the club name that is specified when the account is created will apply to all of those RLUs.
Renewals begin in April of each year.
The lessee hunt club contact represents the lessee to the lessor and acts as the primary contact.  The contact can be any member of the club itself (president, secretary, etc.), but that individual will ultimately be responsible for payment of the License fee. Invoices, dues, and other forms of correspondence from the lessor will usually be via e-mail so that person should be someone who has a dependable internet connection and is a frequent user of e-mail.

Troubleshooting
If a website isn’t looking like you would expect it to, such as appearing blank, images not displaying, broken or jumbled text, or out of place menus, there could be some compatibility issues between IE and the website. A quick solution might be adding this site to the Compatibility View list. In Internet Explorer, click the Tools “gear” button and then Compatibility View settings. The site you’re currently on will automatically display in the text field, so all you do is click the Add button and close the window.

Requirements
You must have Adobe Acrobat Reader installed in order to download the License documents. If you do not have Acrobat Reader you can download it for free from: www.adobe.com/products/acrobat/readstep2
For best performance, we recommend using Chrome and Internet Explorer Version 11 or newer.
